Please use this form to register for the annual meeting of The John Whitmer Historical Association from Thursday, September 28th through Sunday, October 1st in Independence, Missouri.
This year's conference sessions will be held at the Truman Memorial Building, 416 West Maple Avenue, Independence, MO 64050, just steps away from the Temple Lot.
The Truman Memorial Building does not have on-site accommodations, but JWHA has reserved blocks of rooms at the following hotels:

Both hotels are located along Interstate 70 several miles southeast of the conference site. Please contact the hotel of your choice directly at the listed phone number and request the special JWHA rate when making your reservations. The room blocks will be held until September 15, but we recommend reserving your room at your earliest convenience.
Give the name of each person registering in the space below. Each person must have his / her own name tag as identification for admittance into the sessions. Name tags and program materials will be in the registration packets provided upon your arrival.
We cannot process credit cards on JWHA.info, so this form generates a printable Annual Meeting Registration form which you can mail with your check to JWHA.
