A special award, was awarded to Dan Vogel for the five-volume Early Mormon Documents which he compiled and edited, and which has been published by Signature Books.
Dan and Signature Books have rendered an invaluable service to all of those who do research in early Mormon history, as well as those who like to read primary sources from the origins of the movement. Dan's painstaking research and compilation of these sources will be valuable for historians of Mormonism for many years to come.
Dan cannot be here this weekend, so I will mail this plaque to him, along with our heartfelt thanks. Thanks, Dan!
